Michigan has more drunk-driving accidents than any other state. Last year, some people in Michigan started a group against drunk drivers. It is called MM ADD (Michigan Mothers Against Drunk Driving).
You are members of the Michigan government. MMADD wants you to make stronger laws against drunk driving. Which laws will you change? How will you stop drunk driving?
